Server status.

Check the live health of every CSN-UK server before raising a ticket — it's often the fastest way to confirm whether something is a known issue.

How it works

What you can see on the status page.

The live status page at secure.csn-uk.net/serverstatus.php reports current health for every CSN-UK server, including:

  • Network reachability — whether each server is responding to pings.
  • Web (HTTP/HTTPS) — whether the web service is up and serving sites.
  • Mail (POP3, IMAP, SMTP) — whether email send/receive is operational.
  • Load and uptime — current load and how long the server has been running.

Spotted a problem?

If your site or email is misbehaving, here's the quickest path to resolution:

  1. Check the live status page first — if a service is showing red against your server, we're already on it.
  2. If everything looks green but you're still seeing an issue, open a support ticket. Include the affected domain, what you're seeing and any error messages — that'll save us a round-trip.
  3. Make sure you can reach us — sign in to the client area and check the email address on your account is current.

Planned maintenance

We notify customers in advance of scheduled maintenance windows by email and via the client area. Where possible, work that affects production sites is carried out outside UK business hours.
