The agreement between you and CSN-UK when you use our hosting services.

1. Agreement
By signing up for any CSN-UK service you ("the customer") agree to these Terms of Service together with our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. CSN-UK is a trading name of [Registered company name], registered in [England and Wales], company number [XXXXXXXX].
2. Services
We provide shared cloud web hosting and WordPress hosting services as described on our website. We reserve the right to add, modify or withdraw features provided that material changes are notified to you in advance.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate and current account details when ordering and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your client-area and cPanel passwords secure.
- You are liable for all activity on your account, including any actions taken by additional users you invite.
4. Fees and renewals
- Hosting fees are payable in advance in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance via the client area.
- If a payment fails we will attempt to contact you and may suspend or terminate the service after [14 days] of unpaid invoices.
5. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every shared hosting plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial order, contact us via the support ticket system and we will refund your hosting fees in full. The guarantee does not cover domain name registrations, third-party software licences, or services we have already delivered (e.g. one-off setup fees).
6. Acceptable use
Your use of our services is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Breach of the AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account at our discretion.
7. Service availability
We aim to maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee on our shared cloud and WordPress hosting plans, measured monthly excluding scheduled maintenance. Where we fail to meet this target, you may be entitled to credit toward future service in accordance with our service level credit policy.
8. Customer content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to our servers. You grant us a limited licence to host, transmit and back up that content as necessary to provide the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, where:
- You materially breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Payment is overdue beyond the period set out in section 4.
- We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
You may terminate your account at any time via the client area. Pre-paid fees for unused service periods are non-refundable except where the 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
10. Liability
We will use reasonable skill and care in delivering our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim under these terms is capped at the fees you have paid us in the [12 months] preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business or data.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Data protection
Each party will comply with applicable data-protection law. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any data-processing addendum agreed between us.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you in advance by email and via the client area. Continued use of our services after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and the courts of [England and Wales] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
