The live server status page lists current network, web and mail health for every CSN-UK server. Worth a look before raising a ticket if your site or email is misbehaving.

Sign in at the client area to manage billing, products and contact details. Your hosting itself is managed via cPanel — the link is in your client area.
Where are your servers located?
All shared cloud and WordPress hosting is delivered from UK data centres.
